H&C

Humanitarian and Compassionate (H&C) Application for Permanent Residence within Canada – CAD 5,000 – 6,000

A 2-hour paid initial consultation (CAD 250) is required to assess if you have sufficient H&C grounds on a balance of probabilities.  After the consultation, you will decide if you would like to retain Spencer.
