• Discuss the client needs Verify eligibility of obtaining/renewing Permanent resident cards Complete application forms with appropriate documents
• Temporary Visas

Meet with the client if within Canada If outside Canada, arrange a video call Determine what kind of visa the client requires and eligible for and provide guidance as to what the requirements are Complete the appropriate application
