Both Manitoba and BC conducted separate Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) draws late in December and are likely the last PNP draws of the year.

Despite ongoing international travel restrictions, and the holiday season, provincial immigration is still happening.

Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) draw results

On Dec. 17, MPNP invited a total of 419 candidates through three streams of their provincial nominee program. This was MPNP’s largest immigration draw of 2020.

To be eligible for this draw, applicants must submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) with the Manitoba government and have a connection to the province. Connections can be a close family relative, a friend, or work or study experience in Manitoba.
