From the total 218 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs), 13 of them were for the Express Entry candidates.
The MPNP states that the applications of those candidates will be refused who do not have a valid Express Entry ID and verifiable work experience in the province.
The MPNP has only considered Skilled Worker Overseas candidates in the following draw if the candidates have been directly invited under a strategic recruitment initiative.

The MPNP says that they may reject applicants who are not working in a selected occupation, or who don’t give evidence of having finished all permitting steps to be utilized in Manitoba.
